• Oklahoma License # 677 -  Insured and Bonded.
• Has 13 years experience in property inspections along with structure rebuilds.
• Certificate of Completion for "Composition and Wood Roof's Damage Assessment".
• Certificate of Completion for "Wind Effects on Structures" from HAAG Engineering Co.
• Certificate of Completion for "Roof Area Calculations and Inspection Techniques" from HAAG Engineering Co.
• Certificate of Course Completion from P.H.I.L.L. for "Pest Inspection".
• Certificate of Course Completion from P.H.I.L.L. for "Residential Home Inspection".
• Certificate of Course Completion from P.H.I.L.L. for "Advanced Residential Home Inspection".
• Completion of the "National Home Inspector Examination".
• Hold an Affiliate Membership with the Norman Board of Realtors.
• HAAG Certfied Roof Inspector or HCRI from HAAG Eningerring Co. ( Be sure to check my good standing at www.certifiedroofinspector.com.  I am the only Home Inspector to have this certification in this area.)
• I have a Certificate of Completion from the Infrared Training Center.  If requested, I will examime your home with FLIR Infrared Camera Technology.  I am the only Home Inspector that I know who has made the financial commitment to have this Camera Technology.
