Thermography is the leading technology in residental home inspections, water loss inspections, energy audit inspections and much more.  This technology comes with a very high price for the inspector.  The FLIR cameras can cost as much as $60,000.00 to purchase which is one reason no other home inspector has one.  Being the only Home Inspector to have made the investment in this market, I am knowledgeable and capable of applying this technology for the home owner.

Infrared Thermography investigations save time and money through early detection of roofing, mechanical, insulation, electrical, moisture and many other residential related issues.  Thermography enables us to see and measure heat.  All materials on earth emit heat energy, in the infrared portion of the specturm.  Unfortunately, the unaided human eye can not see in the infrared.  Without a FLIR camera you can not see the energy loss in the below photos!  Who do you want inspecting your home????
