Your Home Inspection Report

Once the inspection is complete I will provide you a computer generated report that is very detailed.  The report will come with digital photos of the home and any concerns found during the inspection.  I will also point out and photograph items found in the inspection that add value to the home.  I can email the report directly to you and your agent with in 6-12 hours.  If you request, I can provide to you a CD which contains the entire report with photos.

1 - Instant email of the report once its compelete. ( sometimes the file is to large to email )

2 - Hard copy of the report mailed to you if you request.

3 - Copy of the report and photos on a disk if you request.

4 - Free phone Q&A about your home as long as you own it. 

5 - A estimate of repairs for the items found in the report.

Your Infrared Report

If you chose to add a Infrared Inspection along to the Home Inspection.  Items found during the Infrared Inspection will generate a seperate report detailing what was found.  This will be in addition to your Home Inspection Report.
