I am an affiliate member of the Norman Board of Realtors with an ActiveKey device.  As you know ActiveKey will allow me to gain entry to a property that has a lock box on it.  This allows me to inspect a property in case a Realtor cannot be present at the time of inspection.  I am bonded which allows me to enter into a home alone in case the Realtor cannot be present.

When possible at the inspection, I like to meet the prospective buyers and answer any questions they might have.  I understand you have spent time building a relationship with the home buyer and I respect that relationship.
